He has served on the boards of several UK tech companies and more recently as CTO of a £3bn subsidiary within a global defence group. As CEO and shareholder of ROX Equity Partners, Miles oversees our investments and our strategy; he particularly enjoys working with the Management teams to maximise the enterprise value for all stakeholders.

May is an entrepreneur with a background in the creative industries and a focus on early-stage startups. She brings a thoughtful approach to brand and business, shaped by hands-on experience in building companies from the ground up. At ROX, she supports the leadership team and works across the portfolio to help shape how brands grow, communicate, and evolve. Her interest lies in the intersection of creativity and commercial thinking, and how businesses find their voice as they scale.

A highly experienced leader with over 40 years’ experience in real estate, private equity, and finance. As founder of Leaf Capital, he has led major property ventures across the UK and South Africa. He co-founded Atlantic Leaf Properties, growing it to a £400m REIT before its successful sale. He was CEO of Highcroft Investments PLC and oversaw its sale to a major listed UK REIT.A qualified Chartered Accountant, Paul brings strategic vision, financial discipline, and a passion for sustainable value creation.

As Group Financial Controller at ROX, Michelle oversees financial operations across the firm and its portfolio, ensuring clarity, compliance, and control at every stage of growth. With a background in finance, accounting, private equity and corporate finance, she brings both
